Look man, its been a week and I need to know what to do with the iPhone. I'm more than happy to send it back to you, as I have absolutely no need or want for it - but I need some sort of good faith effort on your part to pay me what's owed for the time and work I did for you.

I know you have bills to pay, but so do I. I'm trying to move up in my life, get my own place again, finish school so I can be a more valuable asset to a business. No one's paying my way in life, I'm trying to do this on my own. The work I did for you was honest and a lot cheaper than you would have gotten anywhere else, you and I both know this.

The fact is, I gave you a website that has worked flawlessly over the last 2 years. I added it up and it has brought you more than $200,000 in sales in this time, and I'm confident it boosted your sales from what it was before. WIthout question, it made your life way more manageable than you had ever imagined. I pioneered the way and found Zen Cart, learned how to code for it and customize it completely to your needs, and I helped maintain it the entire time. I'm not saying it wasn't something you couldn't do on your own, as you're learning now, but the truth was you asked me to do it, and I did - happily.

The amount you owe me for my time is a fraction of the amount of money you've gained from the work I've completed for you. While everyone else around you was dragging their feet, making faulty products, leading you on, and making your life difficult, I made you a product that worked and worked well. You trying to replicate the exact setup I researched, founded and setup further goes to support how valuable my work was and currently is to your company. Yeah, sure, you can now steal the idea and try to set it up like how I had it, but you know it originated with me. I introduced you to these possibilities and opened up your eyes to things you wouldn't have known about otherwise. How do you put a price tag on invaluable help like this?

The hours I've put into helping you with ideas and concepts are endless, and the time that I've tracked is only a small portion of the overall work that I've done for you. Hell, I can't even buy a decent VR4 with the amount you owe me. Its pretty sad when you put it into perspective, but regardless, I was just trying to make an honest earning while helping you out at the same time.

But listen man, I can't BELIEVE you'd be the type of person to do something like thisÉ unless you had some major overwhelming force that's preventing you from paying me what you owe me. I honestly thought you were better than this.

I'm asking you to lay out your cards on the table and lets talk about this.
